Auto Tinting

Automotive Window Tinting

What are Colorado's window tint laws?

Colorado requires a minimum of 27% VLT (Visible Light Transmission) on front and rear side windows. Any darkness is allowed on rear windows if the vehicle has dual side mirrors. The windshield allows non-reflective tint on the top 4 inches only with 70% VLT. No metallic or mirrored tint is allowed. We ensure all installations comply with Colorado law.

What's the difference between ceramic, carbon, and dyed film?

Ceramic film offers the best heat rejection and UV protection without interfering with electronics — it's our premium option. Carbon film provides excellent heat rejection with a matte finish at a mid-range price. Dyed film is the most affordable option, providing good privacy and glare reduction with moderate heat rejection. We'll help you choose the right option for your needs and budget.

How long does automotive window tinting take?

Most vehicles take between 1.5 and 3 hours depending on the number of windows and the type of film. Larger vehicles like SUVs and vans may take a bit longer.

How long before I can roll down my windows after tinting?

We recommend waiting 3 to 5 days before rolling down your windows to allow the adhesive to fully cure. In cooler weather, it may take up to a week.

Will window tint interfere with my electronics?

Ceramic and carbon films will not interfere with GPS, cell signals, Bluetooth, or radio. We do not use metallic tint, which can cause interference.

Home & Business

Residential & Commercial Tinting

Will window film make my home or office too dark?

Not at all. We offer a wide range of film options, from nearly invisible solar films that reject heat without noticeable darkening to darker privacy options. We'll help you find the right balance of performance and appearance for your space.

How much can window tint save on energy costs?

Most homes and businesses see a 15–30% reduction in cooling costs depending on the building, window exposure, and film selected. The film typically pays for itself within 2–3 years.

How long does residential or commercial window film last?

Quality window film typically lasts 15–20 years or more with proper care. It comes with a manufacturer warranty for your peace of mind.

Can window film be applied to existing windows?

Yes — that's one of the biggest advantages. Window film is applied directly to your existing glass, avoiding the major expense of window replacement.

PPF

Paint Protection Film / Clear Bra

What is paint protection film (PPF) / clear bra?

PPF is a clear, thermoplastic urethane film applied to your vehicle's painted surfaces. It acts as an invisible barrier against rock chips, scratches, bug acids, bird droppings, and UV damage. Minor scratches in the film self-heal with heat.

How long does PPF last?

Quality PPF typically lasts 7–10 years depending on conditions and maintenance. It comes with a manufacturer warranty.

Will PPF change the way my car looks?

No. Modern PPF is optically clear and virtually invisible once installed. It actually enhances gloss and can make your paint look better than before.

Chip Repair

Windshield Chip Repair

Does insurance cover windshield chip repair?

Many Colorado auto insurance policies cover windshield chip repair with no deductible. Check with your provider or ask us — we can help you figure out your coverage.

How long does a chip repair take?

Most chip repairs take just 15–30 minutes. We come to your location, so the only time you spend is the repair itself.

When should I get a chip repaired vs. replacing the windshield?

Chips smaller than a quarter and cracks under 6 inches are usually repairable. If the damage is in the driver's direct line of sight, larger than a quarter, or has spiderweb cracking, replacement may be the safer option. We always give an honest assessment.

Pricing

Pricing & Process

How much does window tinting cost?

Pricing depends on the service type, vehicle or property size, number of windows, and the film you choose. We provide free, no-obligation quotes tailored to your specific situation. Call us at (720) 419-4024 or fill out our online form.

Is there a charge for removing old tint?

Old tint removal is an additional service. If your vehicle has existing tint that needs to be removed before new installation, we'll include that in your quote. The cost depends on the condition of the old tint.

Do you charge extra for mobile service?

Our mobile service pricing is competitive with shop-based pricing. Any travel fees, if applicable for distant locations, will be clearly communicated in your quote upfront.
